What is the minimum browser and screen size requirements for the Regis Site?

The Regis website is best viewed in 1024x768 resolution or above. The site has been tested using Internet Explorer 5-6 and Mozilla Firefox browsers.

My browser warns me that my email may be visible to a third party when I click a contact link, what does this mean?

Some web browsers issue a warning when you send email to a web link - they do this to ensure that you know that you are about to submit your information to a third party. Providing that you are not sending confidential or sensitive information there is very little risk in submiting information in this way. If you are in any doubt, please feel free to contact us using the more traditional methods of telephone or fax.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Regis treat any information you send to us in the strict confidence. We do not share customer information with any third party, we do not sell any customer information. We may submit customer information to a credit reference agency, soley for the purpose of setting up a credit account. Customer information will be held in our accounting and production system solely for account management purposes. We may contact customers with marketing or promotional information from time to time, unless specifically requested not to do so. A copy of any electronically stored information can be supplied on request, however we reserve the right to charge a small administration fee to cover the cost of this.

I am clicking on a link and nothing is happening, why is this?

Several of the main screens use "pop-up" windows to display additional information - some pop-up removal tools can restrict the browsers ability to display legitimate windows. Check that your browser/popup software is configured to allow popups on this site.

What is in the customer area and when will it be fully active?

The customer area is a secure area designed to provide customer specific information on order progress. Eventually it will be possible to place orders via the website. Development of customer facilities is already at an advanced state, although we have not set an official release date at this time. The customer area will only be available to existing account customer, who will be issued with a username and password.

Can I use the images in the site for my own material?

All images on our site are copyright of Regis Furniture and cannot be used without our consent.

How accurate are the illustrations in the product catalogues?

Product images are 3D models created from our design software - they are created as "solid" objects from the original CAD drawings and therefore are extremely accurate
